1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by GB Fire Compliance. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide fire door inspections, reports, and fire safety floor plans. The scope of work will be agreed in writing before starting.

3. Fees & payment

Fees are confirmed in a written quotation or invoice.

Payment terms: 14 days from invoice date (unless otherwise agreed).

Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

4. Client responsibilities

Provide safe access to premises.

Ensure relevant information is supplied before work begins.

Implement any remedial actions advised in reports (responsibility for works lies with the client).

5. Limitation of liability

Inspections and plans are based on visible and accessible areas only.

We are not responsible for hidden defects or later changes after inspection.

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Intellectual property

Inspection reports and drawings remain our property until paid in full. After payment, clients may use them for compliance and management.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged.

We may cancel or reschedule if site conditions are unsafe.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
